Moderatly movements at Boiler Bay today with Cackling Geese, Loons, Surf Scoters and Common Murres. Highlight of the day became the Fork-tailed Storm-petrel which was seen feeding at 700 meters west of the observation point. The ashy-grey color and the black pattern on coverts could be seen well. Counting time: 06:15-12:15. 28 species of seabirds counted. Weather: Light showers in the morning and clearing towards noon. Wind, 7 m/s (15mph) from west turning southwest.
