27 April

A calm day at Boiler Bay with very little movement over the sea. Small flocks of Western/ Least Sandpiper and Pacific Loons were heading north but other than migration was surely taking a break today. Counting time 05:50-11:20. 6346 seabirds of 27 species counted. Weather was nice with some fog patches in the morning. Wind was slow from southwest < 3 m/s (< 7mph).
